New Client Process

Our experienced financial planning professionals at Harvest Wealth Partners believe that there is never a bad time to start planning for your financial future, regardless of your age or your current economic worth. If you are ready to learn more about our financial planning services for individual and businesses, and how we can help you to manage your wealth, plan for retirement, or/and otherwise address your best financial interests, please contact us today. In the meantime, here’s what you need to know about our new client process for financial planning services–

Introduction

Our process starts with a phone consultation or an in-person meeting where we can get to know you, your financial picture, and your goals for your economic future a little better. This is also a time for you to get to know us, and get a feel for our financial services firm, team members, and determine whether or not we’re a good fit for you. This initial meeting is offered free of charge – we want you to be as comfortable as possible, so feel free to leave the checkbook at home.

Analysis

After our initial introduction, if you decide that our financial planning firm is the right fit for you, we will transition into the analysis phase of our new client process. During this phase, we perform a comprehensive analysis of your financial needs. We also make recommendations during this phase that are specifically tailored to you, and are designed to ensure the strength, longevity, and enhancement of your financial portfolio. This phase is also offered at no cost to you.

Transition

While the transition phase may create feelings of hesitation or nervousness in you, we want to ensure you that seamless transitions are our speciality. We know how to effectively transfer all assets in order to allow us to manage them in a more effectual manner moving forward. Not only do we pride ourselves on our ability to do this productively and without any hiccups along the way, but we can also proudly say that we transition assets in the most effective means possible to help minimize additional taxes that could be incurred with a transition. If you are working with other financial professionals, lawyers, advisors, or accountants, we want you to rest assured that we too will work with them in a cooperative and constructive way.

Implementation

The fourth step in our new client process is the implementation of the financial plan that our experienced professionals have designed for you. Remember that at any stage during your time as our client, you can reach out to us to check in with your accounts and investments, make changes, update systematic withdrawals and deposits, and more.

Enjoying Our New Client Services

Finally, as a new client of Harvest Wealth Partners, we hope you will take comfort in the fact that your assets are in good hands, and take advantage of our many client services that we will guide you through, including online account viewing, regular statements and reports (with a detailed explanation of what the numbers mean), paperless delivery, and regular in-person appointments or phone calls with your financial advisor to ensure that everything is on track and your preferences and expectations are being satisfied.
