Client Relations Assistant

Involves supporting Client Relations Managers in day-to-day business activities in order to ensure that clients receive world class service in a timely manner.  Client Relations Assistants work closely with other operations team members to perform various administrative tasks and smooth business processing.  When necessary Client Relations Assistants must be able to support financial advisors with immediate client needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process client forms and follow up on outstanding issues
  • Maintain database and document storage with meticulous detail
  • Answer and distribute client phone calls in a professional manner
  • Open office and maintain office supply levels each day



  • Associate’s degree in related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite


  • Bachelor’s degree in business/finance
  • Financial services industry experience


  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to function well as part of a team
  • High attentiveness to detail
  • Ability to learn new technologies and adapt as they change
